Li Qun has been with the firm since her early days as a pupil-in-chambers in 2017. She is a critical and dynamic problem solver. Civil and Criminal Litigation
- Appeared as junior counsel in a criminal matter involving Computer Crimes Act 1997 in PP v. Gee Siew Yee [2019] 5 LNS 48
- Appeared as lead counsel in defending a negligence claim in Ariff Iskandar Shah Bin Mohamad Aminudin v. Extertainment Malaysia Sdn Bhd [2019] 5 LNS 92
- Appeared as counsel in the first case involving charges under s. 232(2) of Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for the sale of “TV boxes” in PP v Ng Lee Lee [2022] 1 SMC 256
- Provided general advisory work and strategy in various civil actions including online defamation, debt recovery and contractual dispute.
Aside from her legal career, she is an active youth leader who is committed in giving back to the society through her involvement in Rotaract, a non-governmental organisation that spearheads different social welfare programs for youth and the marginal members of the society.
